Education ● 10th and 12th (Higher Secondary Education) from a recognized board. ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred). ● MBA in Operations (preferred) for candidates aiming at advanced roles in site acquisition, field operations, and project coordination. Responsibilities 1. Site Identification & Evaluation ● Identify potential locations for installing EV charging stations (shops, hotels, commercial complexes, malls, fuel stations, parking lots, highways, etc.). ● Conduct on-ground surveys to evaluate site feasibility. ● Assess traffic flow, accessibility, parking space availability, and proximity to power infrastructure. ● Use mapping tools and real-time observation to shortlist high-potential sites. 2. Technical Feasibility Assessment ● Coordinate with electrical/technical teams to check grid availability, transformer load, and required power capacity. ● Capture on-site details like distance to electrical panel, cabling paths, and equipment placement feasibility. ● Document constraints and propose optimal installation spots. 3. Landowner / Partner Liaison ● Approach property owners, businesses, RWAs, builders, and government bodies for potential partnerships. ● Present EV charging benefits, partner models, revenue-sharing options, and installation requirements. ● Maintain healthy relationships and address queries or concerns. 3. Data Collection & Reporting ● Capture accurate site data: photographs, GPS coordinates, dimensions, electrical details, and footfall information. ● Maintain detailed logs of visited locations and lead status. 5. Coordination with Internal Teams ● Work closely with legal, finance, and business development teams. ● Assist in resolving on-site issues during installation or commissioning. 6. Competitor & Market Analysis ● Monitor competitor charging stations and market trends. ● Provide insights to improve location strategy and network expansion. 7. Customer Awareness & Outreach (optional in some roles) ● Educate local businesses, societies, or partners about EV charging usage and benefits. ● Support promotional activities or events around new charging station launches Travel & Field Work ● Conduct daily field visits to identify, validate, and finalize sites. ● Manage schedules efficiently to maximize coverage and productivity. ● Travel can be within the state and outside the state as per project requirements. ● Must have a 2-wheeler for regular field travel.
