Job Description

To ensure timely refilling of fire extinguishers and monthly inspection of all the fire extinguishers & other firefighting equipments.

To prepare work permits for hot work, confined space, civil work etc. on daily basis.

To ensure facility management

Provide material handling training, safety training, hazard communication training as per the MSDS

To prepare MSDS, product labels as per the requirements and Releasing of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)/product label.

To assist implementation for ISO

Conduct Internal Audits like ISO audits and customer audits with QA team.

To Handle GPCB/ MPCB government officers and comply their requirements

Coordination with waste management agency for waste disposal.

To carry out environmental testing internal and with external agency

Documentation of EHS requirements, compliances, records of new projects

To Ensure of all kinds of safety measures are applied like loading/unloading, shifting, scaffolding inspection, power tools, lifting tools/tackles, lifting equipments etc.

Management of Occupational health Centre & Coordinating for various activity of OHC,Ensuring Pre &Periodic employment Health check-up

Conduct tool box talk/field safety briefings and assembly points to ensure implementation of site safety plan.

Maintain good housekeeping's at site and PPE compliance.
