The unit has a 350 MT x 2 DRI plant, and 4 x 15 T Induction Furnace. Billet.

• preventive, Shut down and breakdown maintenance, of S.M.S. and project execution and handling in Electrotherm DIFOC

I/C F/C and low frequency Megatherm I/C F/C and 4/7 three stand caster.

• Proficient in managing project activities, streamlining processes / procedures to facilitate smooth production process,

enhance productivity and cost reduction.

• Adept in managing the erection, commissioning, testing & maintenance of a wide range of machinery and equipments.

• Expertise in handling the complete project operations entailing planning, resource utilization, maintenance, quality

management & manpower management.

• Skilful in enhancing systems to bring greater cost efficiency levels & energy/ power reductions.

• Planning & implementing the preventive & 2predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of

plant equipments & machinery..

• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M

expenditures and work within the budget.

• Identification & system modifications for improvements of facility systems.

• Managing contractual jobs & contract maintenance, contracts, and job completion.

• Preparation of checklist & action on abnormalities occurred in equipment.

• Selection of components for PCB Cards.

• Trouble shooting on Induction Furnace Cards like Starts Card, Firing Card , Sequence Card , Logic Card , Burden

Card , PLC Card , Snubber Resistance , SCR , Freewheel Diode , Starts Module , Power supply card and Rectifire

Circuit.

• Maintenance & Repair of Digital display system.

• Selection and callibreation of Temperature measurement system .

• Maintenance and repair of 45 MTN , 15 MTN , 10 MTN , 3 MTN Earth overhead crane.

• Maintenance of AC moter.

• Maintenance of AC drives.

• Maintenance and Operation of PLC.

• Maintenance and Operation of VCB and ACB .

• Maintenance and Operation of HT and LT Transformer .

• Alignments of Pump, Motor, Couplings etc.

• Maintenance of ID fans, waste heat system& tunnel kilns.

• Well known to fabrication jobs.

• Bearings & its Failures.

• Analysis & solving of problem logically.

• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of 4/7 mtr Concast Billet caster(Concast INDIA),6/11 Mtr Concast Billet caster).

• Maintenance of mould oscillation, planetary Gear boxes, Tundish car, Ladle turret, Cooling bed .

An effective communicator with analytical, negotiation, relationship management and problem solving skills. Maintenance of up to 20 MTN Indution Eurnace etc.

Project Planning and Execution

Planning, scoping, estimation, tracking & implementation of project plans within preset budgets and deadlines and coordinating projects for the set up facilities.

Instrumentation/ Control/ Industrial Automation :-

Designing Automation & Control Systems involving logic development, configuration, programming and testing of Human Machine Interface.

IT Skills :-
