Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    This role is primarily responsible for smooth operation of HVAC & VAM and mechanical maintenance of complete HVAC system

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Smooth operation of HVAC & VAM and Centrifugal Chillers. - Mechanical Maintenance of HVAC (AHU, PHE, CSU, FFU, AC, ducting, dampers, piping etc) & VAM. - Design Criteria. - Air flow diagram for duct system - HVAC Load calculation (Cleanroom), Humidification load calculation, - Ventilator’s calculation, - Building envelope leakage calculations - HVAC equipment sizing calculation, Using HVAC Design software. - Preliminary indicative duct sizing calculations - Duct routing layout and its coordination in 3D Model - Data Sheets - Project Specifications of equipment and its component - Service Requestion - Technical Bid evaluation - System Description - Maintaining clean room with desired RH & Temperature. - Monitoring, analyzing & optimization/ upgradation of system. - Running & maintenance cost optimization.

Technical Competencies


    Operation & Maintenance of HVAC System (AHU, MAU, CSU, FFU, Clean Room as Per ISO. VAM, VCC Chillers etc),HVAC equipment sizing calculation, Using HVAC Design software.,IMS & Energy Conservation.,Ensure implementation of safety requirement in operation & maintenance of system. ,Smooth operation of HVAC & VAM and Centrifugal Chillers.

Qualifications and Experience


    - Bachelor of Engineering. - 3-9 Years in O&M of HVAC, VAM & VCC Chillers including clean
