Role Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Python Flask) for a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing and developing both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, collaborating with team members, participating in code reviews, and ensuring the scalability and security of applications. The role also involves working closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python Flask and SQL Alchemy.
• Implement responsive and dynamic UIs with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Jinja2, Bootstrap, and Data Tables.
• Build integrations with email services (Office365, Gmail, POP3) to enable automated ticket creation from emails.
• Work with AI components to classify issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Design MySQL schema, write optimized queries, and manage migrations.
• Create RESTful APIs for integration with third-party platforms (Salesforce, JIRA, ERP, Serialization Systems).
• Collaborate on deployment processes and containerization using Docker or similar tools.
• Participate in sprint planning, peer reviews, and production support.

SKILLS

• 2.5 to 4 years of experience in full-stack development.
• B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / Equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in
• Python (Flask)
• MySQL / SQLAlchemy
• JavaScript, Bootstrap, Jinja2
• Experience with OAuth2/IMAP/POP3 for email inbox integrations.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Understanding of data security and tenant isolation in SaaS applications.
• Version control with Git and familiarity with Linux-based development.
• Experience with AI/ML (especially text classification, NLP).
• Knowledge of Chart.js, D3.js, or other visualization libraries.
• Previous experience working in pharma, life sciences, or supply chain tech.
• CI/CD experience and containerization (Docker, ECS, etc.)
