Job Summary

Jitterbit Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide

    hands-on support for existing Jitterbit integrations

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in production
  • Work closely with internal teams during

    migration to MuleSoft

  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance of integrations
  • Analyze existing Jitterbit workflows and provide technical documentation
  • Support testing, validation, and stabilization during migration phases
  • Collaborate with architects and MuleSoft teams for knowledge transfer
  • Ensure best practices for integration, security, and error handling


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–6 years of overall IT experience

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Jitterbit

  • Experience working on

    system integrations, APIs, and data flows

  • Understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts
  • Experience supporting

    production integrations

  • Basic understanding or exposure to

    MuleSoft

    is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience in

    integration migration projects

  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
  • Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms (iPaaS)
