Job Title: JITO Procurement

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage procurement activities and ensure smooth coordination with vendors, internal teams, and warehouse operations. The ideal candi will balance cost efficiency with quality, while maintaining strict compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle supplier management, including vendor onboarding and documentation.
Drive cost savings through effective negotiation and bulk purchasing strategies.
Work closely with sales and inventory teams to prepare accurate thly procurement forecasts.
Maintain optimum stock levels (min max) across all warehouses to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Verify all statutory documents such as drug licenses, FSSAI, GST, and other compliance requirements before finalizing purchases.
Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Build strong vendor relationships and address any disputes or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Good understanding of statutory compliance related to procurement.
Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
