Are you ready to dive into the world of Jira Administration? We’re looking for detail-oriented and curious minds to join our Atlassian Jira Admin Trainee Program at OP India (Hyderabad or Chennai). This is a full-time trainee program designed for fresh grads or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to grow into Jira Administrators and Atlassian Developers, mastering Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian platform skills to support enterprise teams and digital transformation at scale.

What You’ll Do
- As a Jira Admin Trainee, you’ll:
- Gain hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Support Jira administration – workflows, fields, schemes, boards, and dashboards.
- Learn to configure Scrum and Kanban boards, reports, and Agile metrics.
- Collaborate with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Developers to align Jira setups with SAFe/Scrum practices.
- Assist in developing custom automations, scripts, and plugins to streamline processes.
- Contribute to Confluence space management, templates, and team collaboration pages.
- Partner with mentors to understand governance, permissions, and enterprise Jira structures.
What You Bring
- We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
- Have basic knowledge of Jira or Confluence (projects, boards, or dashboards).
- Are familiar with Agile or Scrum frameworks and team collaboration tools.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Are eager to learn Jira administration, automation, and scripting (Groovy/Java/Python/REST APIs).
- Have strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate in Agile environments.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.

- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
