Job Title: Manual Tester Location: Noida Experience: 1-2 years Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Manual Tester to join our dynamic team in Thane, Mumbai. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications through rigorous testing processes. Key Responsibilities: Execute manual test cases and analyze results to ensure software applications meet quality standards. Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans. Identify, record, and track bugs to resolution using bug tracking tools. Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and other non-functional testing as required. Document test cases, test results, and provide timely feedback to stakeholders. Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to provide input on testability. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role with at least 3 years in software testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages for test automation (optional but beneficial). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
