Mobile Application Tester

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for participating in story writing and collaborating with Product and Engineering team members to define stories and scenarios. Your role will involve expanding these scenarios into test cases and documenting them for effective testing. Once the stories and scenarios have been defined, you will be expected to come up with test cases and document them thoroughly. Subsequently, you will execute these test cases and provide detailed and timely feedback to ensure the quality of the developed features. Your responsibilities will also include performing various levels of testing, including feature, integration, and regression testing. Additionally, you will be required to document test cases for already developed features to maintain a comprehensive testing process. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in testing OTT applications and platforms such as Roku and Chromecast, as well as using network validation tools like Charles proxy. Moreover, video player testing experience and proficiency in test automation using Selenium and Appium are essential requirements for this role. The preferred experience for this role includes a total of 3 years of work experience, with 3 years specifically in mobile applications and test automation, and 2 years in Appium.
