Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 900000 (ie INR 3-9 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Client Styling & Experience

  • Provide personalized styling advice tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and special occasions.
  • Curate refined looks and recommend jewelry pieces that complement the client's personality and reflect luxury aesthetics.
  • Share knowledge about gemstone meanings, craftsmanship, and emerging trends in premium jewelry.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through attentive service, after-sales support, and consistent engagement.

Sales & Product Expertise

  • Drive individual and store sales by delivering exceptional client experiences and leveraging upselling techniques.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines, collections, precious stones, and customization possibilities.
  • Confidently communicate product value, emphasizing design, materials, and exclusivity.

Visual Merchandising & Presentation

  • Ensure displays are elegant, fully stocked, and aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Maintain product hygiene and showcase presentation in line with premium retail expectations.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Record and track client preferences, purchase history, and special occasions to offer personalized service.
  • Engage with clients proactively through follow-ups, messages, and exclusive previews or events.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with retail sales teams, artisans (karigars), and management to deliver seamless customer service.
  • Share feedback on customer preferences and market insights to support business growth.
