Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 250000 - Rs 350000 (ie INR 2.5-3.5 LPA)

Min Experience: 1 yearsLocation: BengaluruJobType: full-time

Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • MS Office certification or relevant coursework is preferred.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of front-end retail operations.
  • Proficiency in selling and customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of jewelry, including Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Silver, is an added advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication in English (mandatory) and regional language.
  • Basic computer operation skills.
  • Proficiency in email communication.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations, preferably with a reputed retail brand.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities (KRA/KPI)

  • Greet and assist customers while providing detailed product knowledge.
  • Influence and drive jewelry sales.
  • Achieve monthly and seasonal revenue targets.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising (VM) at the store.
  • Address customer queries and provide excellent service.
  • Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation.
  • Handle payment transactions and prepare merchandise for delivery.
  • Retain and nurture existing as well as new customers.
  • Monitor and manage store inventory effectively.
  • Coordinate with inter-department teams.
  • Operate POS, ERP systems, and Magento as required.
