As a Sales Executive at one of Weekday's clients based in NOIDA, your primary role will be to drive sales by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing effective sales techniques. Your main responsibility will involve being the main point of contact for customers at the showroom, ensuring they have a memorable experience and assisting them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces to meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the showroom - Understand customer preferences and requirements to suggest suitable jewelry pieces - Provide detailed information about product features, materials, and care instructions - Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with customers - Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing - Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, materials, and pricing - Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the jewelry industry is preferred - In-depth knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Customer-centric approach with a positive demeanor and eagerness to assist customers - Ability to work efficiently within a team setting - Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays - High school diploma; additional certification in Sales or Marketing would be advantageous,
