jewelry store manager oversees daily operations, drives sales, and ensures customer satisfaction by leading the staff, managing inventory, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining store presentation and security. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, training staff on product knowledge and sales techniques, managing stock, handling customer complaints, and ensuring the store meets brand and health and safety standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service:Lead and motivate sales staff to exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building strong customer relationships. Staff Management:Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, ensuring they have strong product knowledge and excellent customer-handling skills. Inventory Management:Oversee inventory levels, order new stock, and ensure merchandise is accurately tracked and displayed to maximize sales and minimize losses. Operations & Aesthetics:Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and security, ensuring the store's visual merchandising and brand standards are met. Marketing & Strategy:Implement and develop effective sales and marketing strategies, analyze sales data, and prepare performance reports to inform business decisions. Budgeting & Administration:Manage store budgets, handle financial performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Customer Support:Address customer complaints, queries, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
