Java Technical Lead

What You'll be doing: Lead a team of Java developers to develop high-quality, scalable software solutions - Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Java best practices and design patterns Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify doubts, and ensure successful project delivery Conduct code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application performance Stay updated on latest Java technologies, trends, and industry best practices - Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and overall software quality Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development processes and enhance team productivity.
