Lead the team in conducting
Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
for solutions and components.
Provide
technical documentation
, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform
code reviews
, ensure performance optimization, and maintain high delivery quality.
Conduct regular
technical reviews
of solutions and applications.
Drive best practices in
backend, API, and microservices architecture
.
Evaluate and recommend suitable
technology stacks
for APIs and Microservices.
Collaborate with the Project Manager for
resource planning, timelines, and delivery alignment
.
Work closely with development leads and oversee overall technical execution.
Manage
technical governance, task allocation, and implementation quality

Requirements

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, IT
, or related fields.
Minimum
8–10 years
of application development / technical implementation experience.
Minimum
3 years
of enterprise-level technical design experience.
Hands-on delivery experience with
3+ Spring Boot–based enterprise applications
.
Experience in
Cloud platforms
and
Microservices architecture
.
Experience in
transformation projects
(Monolithic Microservices) is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of
Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
is a great plus.
Exposure to
Micro Frontends, React, and Next.js
is an added advantage.
Experience with
Agile development methodologies
is preferred.
