Java Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade payment applications using Java
• (J2EE, Spring, Micro services).
• Architect and optimize Oracle databases for high performance,
• scalability, and secure transaction handling.
• Implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions to ensure
• system resilience.
• Ensure transaction integrity and compliance with industry regulations
• and audit requirements.
• Apply secure coding practices and data protection mechanisms to
• safeguard critical financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, solution
• design, development, and deployment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Microservices
• architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle database technologies (PL/SQL, database
• optimization, tuning).
• Proven experience in payment domain processes (fund transfers,
• settlements, reconciliation).
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial systems.
• Experience with high-availability architectures and disaster recovery
• strategies.
• knowledge of financial domain standard
• Strong understanding of security standards, encryption, and authentication
• (SSL/TLS, PKI, Aadhaar e-KYC, Digital Signature)
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, encryption, and authentication
• mechanisms.
• Ability to deliver solutions is in mission-critical, high-volume,
• low-latency environments
