Java Technical Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging moderately complex software solutions. You will also work on enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity and demonstrate a good understanding of business applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical staff to identify and resolve software problems, address customer complaints, and implement suggestions for improvements. As a Lead Java profile, you will also provide technical leadership and guidance to team members when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and debug software solutions - Enhance existing software in a maintenance capacity - Understand and resolve software problems with technical staff - Address customer complaints and implement suggestions for improvements - Assist in developing software technical documentation - Demonstrate software to stakeholders - Design and build prototype applications as required - Provide tech leadership and guidance to team members Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent - At least 8 years of experience in: - Expert level programming knowledge using core Java libraries - Problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design - Knowledge of Java Spring frameworks - Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM. Must be able to write moderate to complex SQL queries - Knowledge of reading/writing XML/JSON/CSV documents - Knowledge of writing web-services (REST Full)/APIs - Knowledge of development tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ - Knowledge of Web/Application Servers & hosting (Apache/Tomcat/JBoss/Weblogic/Websphere etc.) - Knowledge of working with Linux environments with basic commands Additional Details: - Good to have skills: - Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, React, Node - DevOps work using Azure or AWS - Hosting using Docker/Containers - Storage and events using MongoDB, MySQL, ElasticSearch, Redis/NoSQL - Continuous development and deployment using tools like GitHub, Jenkins etc.,
