Java Software Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes CLI, along with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, clean coding practices, and design patterns.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Java, Spring Boot Web, Gradle, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and clean code practices.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes CLI.
• Exposure to functional programming is a plus.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and continuous integration.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Leadership experience in Agile, Lean, or Continuous Delivery environments.
• Passion for software engineering and a craftsmanship approach to development.
