We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 5 years of experience, with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture, to join our innovative team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, robust microservices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end/UI components.
• Collaborate with team members to define architecture and integration strategies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Implement security best practices for web services.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with latest Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Java development experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java SE and Java EE technologies.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Spring Cloud and service discovery.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
