Job Description

N Consulting Global is looking for java production support to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Monitoring and Incident Management:Monitor the health and performance of Java applications in a production environment
Respond to and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations
Collaborate with development teams to identify and address recurring issues
Troubleshooting:Investigate and diagnose complex issues related to Java applications and their dependencies
Provide root cause analysis for incidents and implement permanent fixes
Performance Optimization:Identify and implement performance improvements for Java applications
Work closely with development teams to optimize code and database queries
Release Management:Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure smooth deployments
Participate in the planning and execution of releases, including rollback plans
Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation related to incidents, solutions, and system configurations
Create knowledge base articles to empower the support team and end-users
Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and infrastructure teams, to address and resolve issues
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on incident resolution and prevention measures
Automation:Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks and monitoring
Implement proactive measures to prevent incidents through automation
On-call Support:Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical production issues
