We’re now expanding our leadership team and looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can shape our tech vision, lead product architecture, and drive engineering excellence as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business and product goals.

Architect and build high-performance, scalable systems (microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications).

Stay hands-on with coding, reviews, and architecture for key projects.

Lead and mentor the engineering team, setting strong technical and cultural foundations.

Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful products.

Implement best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and agile development.

Ensure product security, scalability, and performance across platforms.

Explore emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, cloud innovations) to keep Pure Technology ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role.

Deep experience with modern stacks (Node.js, React, Python, or equivalent).

Strong background in architecture design, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proven track record in building and scaling SaaS or product-based applications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A startup mindset — agile, curious, and driven to build great products fast.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with AI/ML, automation, or DevOps tools.

Background in product-led startups or fast-scaling tech companies.

Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and engineering best practices.
