Job Title: Java Technical Lead – Backend | Banking Domain (Mandatory)

Location: Mumbai (Airoli)

Experience: 8+ Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Java Technical Lead to spearhead the backend development of enterprise applications for our banking clients. The ideal candidate will be deeply skilled in Java and microservices architecture with solid exposure to financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and unit testing
• Work closely with business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams
• Resolve production issues and optimize application performance
• Ensure compliance with security standards and banking regulations
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA
• Mandatory experience in the banking or financial services domain
• Proven expertise in building and managing REST APIs and microservices
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
• Familiarity withRedis, Apache Ignite, or other caching solutions
• Strong experience with Git, Jenkins, and build tools like Maven/Gradle
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Angular or React
• Experience with messaging systems like ActiveMQ or Solace
• Working knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Splunk, Kibana, and monitoring tools
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
