Job Description

Company: Intellect Design Arena

Role: Java Lead

Location: Siruseri, Chennai

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 5 - 12 Years

We are hiring an experienced Java Lead to drive development and lead a high-performance engineering team. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in Java, Microservices, Cloud, and hands-on leadership ability.

Key Skills:

Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot
Microservices Architecture
REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA
SQL/Oracle
AWS / Azure / GCP (any cloud)
CI/CD Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle
Strong in OOPS, Data Structures, Multithreading

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers
Design & develop scalable enterprise applications
Code review, performance tuning, and solution design
Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps teams
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Good to Have:

Banking/Financial domain experience
Docker / Kubernetes
Frontend knowledge (Angular/React) – optional

Qualifications:

BE/BTech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science or related field
