Job Description

Role Overview

Seeking highly skilled Tech Leads with strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to lead technical conversations.
This role requires a technologist who is hands-on, curious, articulate, and capable of driving design discussions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design, development, and architecture discussions for Java-based applications.
Drive problem-solving sessions, ask clarifying questions, and guide teams with structured thinking.
Build and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and related middleware.
Leverage DevOps practices and tools; integrate with platforms such as Kafka.
Mentor developers, ensure code quality, and collaborate closely with product and infrastructure teams.
Communicate clearly with senior leadership and represent engineering thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based engineering.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and distributed architecture.
Practical knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native tools.
Experience with Kafka or similar middleware technologies.
Excellent communication, curiosity, and confidence to speak up and lead discussions.
Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
