Your role

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Engineer (Java, React) to work with the Reconciliations & Data Integrity crew, to help lead us on our digital transformation and journey by:

• ability to design, build and implement Enhanced UI inline to Reconciliations IT Roadmap
• leading a Scrum team of developers and designers, defining technical strategies for front-end and back-end development.
• collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in web development.
  

Your team

You'll be working in the Reconciliations & Data Integrity crew in Pune.

Your expertise

• ideally 9+ years of experience in front-end and back-end development and 2-3 years in a tech lead role developing and maintaining globally used applications ideally in financial services industry.
• proven experience of developing/leading UI development for complex, scalable applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• utilizing UI libraries like React and AG-Grid to create interactive and responsive interfaces. Additional add-on - React testing and browser testing automation.
• good knowledge of design tools
• developing server-side logic and business rules using languages like Python, Java, Spring-boot or Shell
• developing secure APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end components.
• good knowledge on Oracle, PostgreSQL database. Creating and managing relational databases to store and retrieve application data
• programming Languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, Java, Shell, SQL, Spring Boot.
• frameworks/Libraries: React, Vite, Node.js, Flask
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle
• APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
• tools: Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes
• experience in Cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred) and Cloud-based solutions
• highly proficient in leading & mentoring Agile Scrum Teams with continuous & quality delivery
• knowledge or experience of post trade and reconciliations platforms, such as Clareti Transaction Control or Intellimatch is a bonus
