Java Full Stack Developer (On-site, India)

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Java Full Stack Developer to join high-performing engineering teams delivering scalable, secure web applications. The role demands strong back-end Java expertise coupled with modern front-end frameworks to build end-to-end solutions, participate in CI/CD workflows, and resolve production issues in live environments.Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain server-side applications using Java and Spring Boot—implement RESTful APIs, business logic, and integration points.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React.js or Angular, translating UX designs into reusable components and optimized front-end code.
• Implement persistent layers using ORM (Hibernate/JPA) and write efficient SQL for relational databases (MySQL/Postgres).
• Create automated unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices for quality and maintainability.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker) to automate builds, deployments, and environment consistency; troubleshoot production issues as needed.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver features on schedule and mentor junior engineers on coding standards and system design.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven experience in Java development (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and building RESTful APIs.
• Front-end development with React.js or Angular, including state management and responsive UI practices.
• Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA) and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) including writing optimized SQL.
• Familiarity with build tools and version control: Maven/Gradle and Git.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Strong debugging skills, performance tuning awareness, and experience resolving production incidents.
  

Preferred

• Experience with Kubernetes or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployments and scaling.
• Experience designing microservices, event-driven architectures, or using caching layers (Redis).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK) and security best practices.
