Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other modern Java frameworks. Experience with Camunda BPM or similar business process management tools and process automation frameworks.- Nice to have Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience in integrating backend systems with UI React platforms and knowledge of frontend-backend communication (e.g., using REST APIs, WebSockets, etc.). Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-based applications, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design and query optimization. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on performance and scalability. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and mentor junior developers.
