We are looking for a MidtoSenior Level Developer to support the development of a modern APIdriven eCommerce platform for VINbased parts lookup and ordering This role will focus on building and maintaining RESTful APIs integrating with Azure API Management APIM and contributing to the modularization of legacy JavaScript and Javabased systems

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for VINbased parts catalog functionality including search shopping cart and order submission

Implement and manage API endpoints through Azure API Management APIM including policies throttling and security

Collaborate with the lead developer and crossfunctional teams to modernize the existing JavaJ2EE application stack

Refactor legacy JavaScript into modular components and integrate with clientside libraries like jQuery and Bootstrap

Support integration with Internationals services for parts pricing inventory and order processing

Participate in code reviews unit testing and deployment processes across development QA and production environments

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API performance security and integration

Required Skills Experience

4-7 years of experience in JavaJ2EE development JSP Servlets Spring

Handson experience with RESTful API development and integration

Familiarity with Azure API Management APIM for publishing and securing APIs

Experience with JavaScript modularization using libraries like jQuery Bootstrap

Understanding of SOAPbased services and XMLbased data exchange

Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle databases

Comfortable working in WebSphere or similar enterprise application servers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAML ADFS and secure authentication flows

Experience with CICD pipelines and Azure DevOps
