About The Opportunity

A growth-focused IT services and enterprise software company operating in the Digital Products & Solutions sector. We build and maintain customer-facing and internal enterprise applications that require robust back-end services and modern Angular front-end experiences. This role is an on-site position based in India and is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on ownership of full-stack delivery.Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Java back-end services using Spring/Spring Boot and expose secure RESTful APIs for front-end consumption.
• Build responsive, component-driven user interfaces using Angular (TypeScript), ensuring excellent UX, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate front-end and back-end layers, optimize end-to-end performance, and troubleshoot production issues during on-site sprints.
• Write clean, testable code with unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and uphold code-quality standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA and DevOps to deliver features in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Document technical designs, maintain API contracts, and support deployment and runbook creation for on-prem/cloud environments.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong Java fundamentals and hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building microservices or monoliths.
• Proven experience developing Angular applications (TypeScript, RxJS, component architecture).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth).
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres), ORM (Hibernate/JPA) and writing optimized queries.
• Practical use of version control (Git), unit testing frameworks (JUnit/Jest/Karma) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
• Ability to work full-time on-site in India and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with microservices, Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with NoSQL stores (MongoDB), caching strategies (Redis) and performance tuning.
• Experience with automated E2E testing, observability (Prometheus/Grafana) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
