Java Developer

to join our engineering team and contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and product managers to define and implement high-quality features.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end and third-party systems.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices and code reviews.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reliability of the application.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and development issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
• 5–6 years of strong hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and JSON/XML.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG.
