Junior UiPath Developer
to join our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) team and contribute to building scalable, automated workflows.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand, document, and optimize processes for automation.
- Develop reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to streamline automation efforts.
- Test, debug, and deploy UiPath workflows while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and monitor existing automation bots and perform troubleshooting when necessary.
- Assist in creating technical documentation and process design documents (PDD/SDD).
- Support the RPA team in identifying automation opportunities and improving existing processes.
- Follow best practices, coding standards, and secure development methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework).
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, process design, and automation lifecycle.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python.
- Experience working with Excel automation, Email automation, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data manipulation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good to Have
- UiPath Developer Certification (UiRPA or UiARD).
- Experience in AI Center, Document Understanding, or Action Center.
- Exposure to other automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Blue Prism) is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
