Job Qualifications:
4-7 years of relevant software development experienceStrong object-oriented design and Java programming skillsEnterprise application development experience with J2EE application servers, preferably WebLogic or JBossExperience with Oracle, SQL required; Performance tuning is a plusGood understanding of browser and servlet-based application structureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with Unix or Linux preferredExperience with Agile methodologies a plusBE / BTech in Computer Science, or equivalentFast learner, able to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly.
