Job Title: SDE 2 – Java Developer Work Location: Chennai / Bangalore Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SDE 2 – Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Microservices, and related technologies, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects independently or as part of a collaborative team. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop object-oriented models and data structures for new software projects, implementing business logic with robust class design. Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, and recommend process improvements. Propose innovative software solutions for emerging requirements in lending functionality and reporting capabilities. Solve complex problems with innovative approaches, delivering high-quality solutions with ownership and accountability. Stay updated on and adopt technologies to build large-scale, performant, reliable, and sustainable systems. Collaborate closely with peers and architects on all elements of the development process. Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent degree. Technical Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring REST APIs, Spring Security, JSP, Web Applications, MS SQL Server, Redis, OAuth2, jQuery. Strong understanding of Data Structures, algorithms, and their space-time complexities. Excellent debugging capabilities. Professional Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with effective communication. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC). Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with attention to detail. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and in team environments. Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Preferred Experience: Background in Lending, Banking, Fintech, or related domains.
