Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with a strong foundation in Core Java, Spring framework, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable applications and services. Exposure to AI/ML technologies will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications.
Work with Spring / Spring Boot to create robust microservices and web applications.
Develop, test, and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Data) to deliver business requirements.
Ensure performance, security, and scalability in application development.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.

Must-Have Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.
Strong expertise in Spring / Spring Boot framework.
Experience in designing, consuming, and integrating REST APIs.
Good understanding of OOP concepts, multithreading, exception handling, and collections.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
Experience in Loan Management System will be advantage.

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to AI/ML integration within enterprise applications.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Front-end exposure (Angular / React) for full-stack flexibility
