Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Developer (Backend) with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Docker for backend development and React.js/Angular for frontend development. The role also requires experience with PostgreSQL/ClickHouse, and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot

Design and build user-friendly front-end applications using React.js/Angular

Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker

Manage and optimize PostgreSQL OR ClickHouse databases

Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments

Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration

Optimize application performance on both frontend and backend

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ 5-7 years of experience in Full Stack development

✔ Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot & Microservices architecture

✔ Proficiency in Docker for containerization

✔ Expertise in PostgreSQL and ClickHouse databases

✔ Familiarity with CI/CD tools, IntelliJ, Git, and GitHub

✔ Strong problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills

Optional/Preferred Technical Skills

Experience with building and deploying language model applications using LangChain..

Proficiency in NLP techniques and tools (e.g., NLTK, Spacy, Hugging Face Transformers).

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.

Experience with containerization tools like Docker.

Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous agent behaviour design.

Knowledge of agent-based simulation techniques and their integration with AI/ML models.
