Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled

Java Backend Developer

to design, develop, and maintain backend microservices for scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, RESTful API development, and working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop backend microservices using Java SE/EE and Spring Boot.
Create and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
Develop data access layers using JPA/Hibernate.
Ensure backend services meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, frontend developers, and product stakeholders in an Agile development environment.

Mandatory Skills

4–8 years of experience in Java backend development.
Strong expertise in Java SE/EE and Spring Boot.
Proven hands-on experience in REST API design and development.
Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Exposure to the financial services or capital markets domain is a plus.
