Java Architect

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of distributed systems for high-performance, scalable backend services. This role requires strong technical leadership and expertise in modern architecture.

What You'll Do:

• As a Software Architect, you will define and drive architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and observability across distributed systems.
• Define and own the architecture for microservices-based systems.
• Design and implement APIs and communication protocols using gRPC.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability across services.
• Integrate observability solutions using OpenTelemetry (OTel) for tracing and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• We are looking for a seasoned architect with deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to guide complex projects.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Go programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with gRPC and Microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, and inter-service communication.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry (OTel) for observability and monitoring.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
