Job Description

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Core Java, and Servlets.
Experience with monolithic architectures and transitioning to modern cloud-based solutions.
Proven background in product development and modernization.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions.
Experience working closely with architects or in architect-level roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the development of Java-based applications using Core Java, J2EE, and Servlets.
Work on monolithic architecture and drive modernization efforts including cloud deployment and SaaS enablement.
Collaborate closely with product architects and cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
Solve complex technical problems with innovative and practical solutions.
Participate in long-term engagements with Offshore Development Centers (ODCs).
Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices in software engineering.
