We are seeking an experienced IVR Developer with expertise in NICE CXone to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive voice response (IVR) systems while ensuring seamless customer experiences. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that align with business needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy IVR applications using NICE CXone Studio, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and user-friendliness Integrate IVR systems with CRM, databases, and third-party applications to enable data exchange and enhance functionality. Optimize IVR flows and self-service options to deliver superior customer experiences and reduce call center load Identify and resolve issues in IVR applications to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations. Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to align IVR solutions with business objectives. Implement reporting features and analyze IVR performance metrics to recommend improvements. Ensure IVR systems comply with relevant regulations, including data privacy and accessibility standards. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in IVR development, preferably with NICE CXone Studio. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript , JSON , VBScript , or Python . Strong understanding of telephony concepts (VoIP, SIP, CTI, etc.). Hands-on experience with APIs and web services (REST/SOAP) integration. Knowledge of call routing and ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) principles. Familiarity with cloud contact center solutions and omnichannel platforms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with NICE inContact APIs and workflows. Knowledge of conversational AI and speech recognition technologies. Certification in NICE CXone or other IVR-related platforms. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
