Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month

About the Role:

Benda Infotech is looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to support our US staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in technical profile sourcing, job assistance, and end-to-end recruitment processes for US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen technical candidates (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.) using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Assist candidates with job matching, resume optimization, and interview preparation.
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates' technical skills and communication.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the account management team to understand client requirements and urgency.
• Maintain and update the internal database (ATS) with candidate information.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on technical profiles.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC), and job market trends.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Must be comfortable working in the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM IST).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of technologies like Java, .NET, Python, SQL, AWS, etc.
• Experience providing job assistance services to candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
