Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing IT recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new clients, especially within the Indian domestic market , and a solid understanding of recruitment/staffing services in the IT sector . Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT recruitment/staffing domain . Develop and maintain relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, and CXOs in IT companies across India. Pitch recruitment services to potential clients understanding their hiring needs and positioning our company as a recruitment partner. Handle end-to-end client onboarding from lead generation to contract closure. Negotiate terms of business and close deals for permanent, contract, or bulk hiring . Meet sales targets and KPIs related to business development. Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled on time. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools or Excel sheets. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business development/sales in the recruitment or staffing industry (IT preferred).
