Job Description

1- 5 years
of

experience in IT/technical recruitment

Strong understanding of technical skills in
ERP

platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)

Key
Responsibilities
Managethe end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT roles (JD understanding, sourcing,screening, strong candidate connect, interview follow ups, offernegotiation//post offer follow up etc).
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates

through job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced

environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Strong negotiation and

relationship-building skills.

Required

15 years of IT recruitment experience
, ideally in Consultancy, Staffing or corporate environments.
Proven experience hiring for
ERP and

Salesforce

Utilize job portals, social

platforms, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.

Pre-screen, interview, and

shortlist candidates based on job specifications.

Coordinate interview schedules

and feedback with the client.

Maintain candidate pipelines and meet

weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Background in volume hiring or multi-location hiring.
