Key Responsibilities: Build, train, and mentor a team of IT recruiters from ground zero Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across all IT roles (Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.) Evaluate and screen profiles independently with strong technical understanding Liaison with business heads and founders to understand hiring needs and strategy Build hiring funnels, optimize sourcing strategies, and own closure metrics Take complete accountability of team's output, discipline, and performance Actively participate in improving hiring tools and processes
