Job Description

Manage all IT and systems -related needs of Geo Lotus Global
Create, maintain and improve operational system and processes
Oversee access management across hardware and software
Provide complete technical support to all teams

Key Responsibility

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues quickly
Manage user access ,device allocation and system security
Establish and maintain digital processes for internal operation.
Coordinate with departments to understand and support IT systems, changes and configurations
Asist in Managing and optimizing google workspace tools

Required Skills

Strong Hardware Troubleshooting capability
Good understanding of software installation ,issue resolution and updates
Ability to manage access controls, users and device
Familiarity with google Workspace environment
