Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the ongoing interface between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their issues, ensuring that you maintain high-quality service through exceptional communication skills. Your role is crucial in keeping our world-class systems operational, as you accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on your comprehensive product knowledge. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client satisfaction, making every interaction an opportunity to enhance the user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
  • Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues effectively.
  • Document client interactions and resolutions to enhance team knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Must To Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and service desk operations.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and application support.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
