Job Key Responsibilities: Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll salary processing. Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Support internal and external audits. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff. Prepare and file statutory returns (e.g., GST, TDS, PF, ESIC) accurately and on time. Additionally, you will oversee and maintain internal IT servers, networks, and infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations across departments.
