IT Support Technician

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to provide hands-on support for basic hardware and networking tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

•Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and basic software.

•Setup and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi routers, switches, and cabling infrastructure.

•Troubleshoot basic network issues (e.g., IP conflicts, connectivity drops).

•Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.

•Assist with onboarding/offboarding by setting up or decommissioning user systems.

•Maintain IT asset inventory and perform periodic audits.

•Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements.

•Provide remote support to users (if required).

•Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

•1-2 years of experience in an IT support or technician role.

•Basic understanding of networking concepts.

•Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting (RAM, HDD, PSU, etc.).

•Good problem-solving skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.

•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,847.65 - ₹20,000.00 per month
