About the Role We’re looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical support for our clients using our IT and payroll software solutions. The role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, maintaining databases, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide client support for IT and payroll software. Troubleshoot and resolve software, database, and hardware issues. Develop and maintain SQL databases , Crystal Reports , and Visual Basic applications. Install, configure, and support biometric and time attendance devices . Communicate effectively with clients and document technical solutions. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proficient in SQL , Crystal Reports , and Visual Basic . Knowledge of biometric/time attendance systems and general IT troubleshooting. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
