Were looking for an experienced IT Support / Quality Analyst to join our IT team at IMS. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience supporting JD Edwards ERP (IBM i environment), ecommerce systems, and API / EDI integrations. This is a hybrid role that includes Level 1 & Level 2 support, functional testing, and user training.
Provide Level 1 & 2 application support for JD Edwards, ecommerce platforms, APIs, and EDI.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve Level 3 issues.
Work closely with internal/external users to resolve issues and gather requirements.
Create and execute test plans for QA and UAT.
Document and track issues through the service desk system.
Perform functional system setup and configuration.
Generate reports using SQL, AS/400 Query, JDE World Writer, etc.
Assist with FTP transfers and IBM i data handling.
Deliver user training and create training materials.
3+ years of experience with JD Edwards (IBM i) – Financials, Order to Cash, Distribution.
Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, API & EDI integrations.
Strong understanding of functional testing and test plan creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and issue resolution skills.
